We are currently servicing the Warren and Hallock area so if

you have a computer problem just call our customer service line at 866-745-6030 and we will setup a time for you to drop off your computer at either one of our locaitons.
If you are outside of this area you are free to drive it to either of our locations and after the repair is completed you must arrange for pickup. |
Pricing
We currently charge a flat rate of $85 per hour on all Renew Services and depending on the problem we will be able to give you an estimate at the time you call in. This may change as we learn more about your problem once it's onsite but our estimates are usually accurate. Payment is required at the time of pickup. We accept Visa, MC, and personal checks.
Warranty*
We will guarantee our work for 30 days with any computer provided we do a full diagnostic before doing any work. This allows us to make sure that the problem you want fixed is actually a problem. Please note that virus/spyware will not be warrantied in the event it is determined that user error was the cause of reinfection.
