Dave
Giles CEO
A native of Osnabrock, North
Dakota, Dave started his career in agriculture.
By the age of 20, he was the manager of a grain
elevator in nearby Milton. Dave grew to become
a business leader, and continued in agriculture
for twenty years. He managed several operations
for Cenex Harvest States, including grain elevators
and agri-supply centers, a regionalized operation
of elevators, and a processing facility with both
domestic and international sales. In 2002 Dave
added his valuable business experience, successful
management style, and winning track record to
the InvisiMax team. Dave and his wife, Lori, have
two kids, one attending University of North Dakota
and the other attending North Dakota State University. |

Phil
Hebert VP/Sales
Phil Hebert grew up in the
small Minnesota community of Donaldson. After
earning a marketing degree from the University
of North Dakota in Grand Forks, Phil spent 14
years working his way up to V.P. of Sales and
Marketing for D & D commodities, a multi-million
dollar bird food producer with facilities in Stephen,
Minnesota and Greeley, Colorado. During his time
with the company, D&D Commodities exploded
onto the national scene, becoming one of the world's
largest specialty bird food companies. Phil brought
his sales and management expertise to InvisiMax
in 2001. Phil lives in Warren, Minnesota and has
three children. |

Tracy
Boone Sales
Tracy grew up and went to school in Grand Forks
ND. Tracy moved away in 1988 and attended Black
Hills State University in South Dakota and then
moved back to the GF area in the year 2000. She
has been in the business to business sales for
over 20 over years. Bringing many years of successful
sales experience, she knows what it takes to maintain
and keep customers which will bring future development
with InvisiMax. Tracy and her children reside
in Grand Forks. |

Mark
Wimpfheimer Managed
Services Manager
Mark
Wimpfheimer grew up in rural Warren MN and went
to school at WAO high-school. Mark went to college
at Bemidji Community Technical College and earned
a degree in Computer Technical Support Services.
Mark was interested in working with InvisiMax
because it was based out of his home town. It
was a great opportunity for him to give back to
his hometown community. In his spare time Mark
likes to work on computers and play online computer
games. Currently Mark is living in Warren MN with
his wife Amanda and their one child. |

Holly
Parker Customer
Service Manager
Holly grew up in Warren, MN. She attended
W-A-O High School. After high school Holly
attended the University of Minnesota – Crookston
and later attended Minnesota State University of
Moorhead. While living in the Fargo –
Moorhead area Holly worked for the US Bank Corporation.
After getting married, Holly and her husband James
moved back to her hometown of Warren. Before
coming to work for Invisimax, Holly worked for one
of Minnesota’s largest non–profit agencies.
Holly enjoys living and working in Warren.
James and Holly have 3 children. |

Gwen
Salmon Customer
Service
Gwen Salmon was born and raised in Warren MN and
graduated from WAO high School. She then moved
to East Grand Forks and worked as a Nurses Aid.
While living in East Grand Forks, she married
Casey, and had two children. She worked in Customer
Service in a variety of places including UND.
Gwen and her husband decided to move their family
back to her hometown of Warren. Gwen brings forth
her people skills in Customer Service to InvisiMax. |

Rick
Kroll Operations
Manager
After earning a Graphic
Communication degree, Rick spent over 3 years
designing and producing web sites for Sundog Interactive
in Fargo, North Dakota. He then took an opportunity
to learn more about computers and became a Technical
Support Specialist for the Fargo Public School
system where he helped troubleshoot their hardware
and software needs for over 20 different schools.
In 2003 Rick and his wife, Traci, decided to move
back to his home town of Argyle, Minnesota to
bring his graphics experience and technical knowledge
to InvisiMax. They have two children. |

Beaton Technician
Tim was born and raised
in Grand Forks. After school he started in the
telecommunications industry, working for TCI in
1996, and later employed with Dish Network. He
is married and has two children and currently
resides in the outskirts of Forest River raising
and showing quarter horses as the family hobby. |

Carl
Caron
Technician
Carl was born and raised
in Berlin, New Hampshire. After High School he
joined the Air Force in 1997 and was stationed
at Grand Forks AFB for four years. He then atteneded
MSCTC in Wadena and obtained an AAS in Telecommunications
Engineering. Carl currently resides in Mayville
North Dakota with his wife and two sons. |

Terwee Technician
Justin grew up in Hallock
and graduated from Hallock high school. Justin
has always had a love of computers and has been
working with them for the last 12 years. Justin
currently resides in Hallock with his wife Alaina
and his triplets. |

Luke
Lundin Controller
Luke Lundin was raised on
a small farm just outside of Kelliher, MN.
While earning degrees in Accountancy and Banking
and Financial Economics from the University of
North Dakota, Luke gained a wide variety of accounting
experience through internships in public, private
and governmental accounting. After graduation
he went to work with the North Dakota Department
of Financial Institutions as a state bank examiner.
It was during his time as an examiner that he
earned his CPA certificate. Luke and his
wife now reside in Grand Forks. |
