Giles CEO
A native of Osnabrock, North Dakota, Dave started his career in agriculture. By the age of 20, he was the manager of a grain elevator in nearby Milton. Dave grew to become a business leader, and continued in agriculture for twenty years. He managed several operations for Cenex Harvest States, including grain elevators and agri-supply centers, a regionalized operation of elevators, and a processing facility with both domestic and international sales. In 2002 Dave added his valuable business experience, successful management style, and winning track record to the InvisiMax team. Dave and his wife, Lori, have two kids, one attending University of North Dakota and the other attending North Dakota State University. |

Phil
Hebert VP/Sales
Phil Hebert grew up in the small Minnesota community of Donaldson. After earning a marketing degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, Phil spent 14 years working his way up to V.P. of Sales and Marketing for D & D commodities, a multi-million dollar bird food producer with facilities in Stephen, Minnesota and Greeley, Colorado. During his time with the company, D&D Commodities exploded onto the national scene, becoming one of the world's largest specialty bird food companies. Phil brought his sales and management expertise to InvisiMax in 2001. Phil lives in Grand Forks, North Dakota and has three children. |

Josh Benson Sales Manager
Josh Benson grew up in Mentor MN. While earning his Graphic Communication Degree from the University of Minnesota Moorhead he took the opportunity to gain some leadership experience by taking a managment position with Best Buy. This allowed him to gain some great real world experience dealing with customer issues and managing a team of employees. This also lead to Josh and his wife, Katie, moving to Warren so that he could take a managment job at the Grand Forks Best Buy and later a Graphic Stylist position at Arcitic Cat where he designed the decal packages for snowmobiles and ATV's. |

Boone Sales
Tracy is a native of Grand Forks ND. She attended the Black Hills State University in South Dakota and moved back to the GF area in 2000. She has been in the business to business sales and customer service industry for a total of 20 years of outstanding performance. Working with a diverse range of people, she has learned to be very detailed and conveying exceptional sales, marketing and team and goal oriented skills. Bringing many years of successful sales experience, she knows what it takes to maintain and keep customers which will bring future development with InvisiMax. Tracy and her family now reside in Crookston Minnesota.

Wimpfheimer Customer
Service Manager
Mark Wimpfheimer grew
up in rural Warren MN and went to school at WAO high-school. Mark
went to college at Bemidji Community Technical College and earned
a degree in Computer Technical Support Services. Mark was interested
in working with InvisiMax because it was based out of his home
town. It was a great opportunity for him to give back to his hometown
community. In his spare time Mark likes to work on computers and
play online computer games. Currently Mark is living in Warren MN with his wife Amanda and their one child. |

Brandon Deschene Customer
Service
Brandon Deschene grew up in Argyle, MN and graduated
from Stephen Argyle Central High School. After high
school he moved to Grand Forks, ND and attended
UND. He also spent three years with Best Buy working
as a Home Theater Specialist and a Personal Computers
Senior. He and his wife, Kelsey, and their one child
live in Warren, MN. |

Gwen Salmon Customer
Service
Gwen Salmon was born and raised in Warren MN and graduated from WAO high School. She then moved to East Grand Forks and worked as a Nurses Aid. While living in East Grand Forks, she married Casey, and had two children. She worked in Customer Service in a variety of places including UND. Gwen and her husband decided to move their family back to her hometown of Warren. Gwen brings forth her people skills in Customer Service to InvisiMax. |

Rick
Kroll Operations Manager
After earning
a Graphic Communication degree, Rick spent over 3 years designing
and producing web sites for Sundog Interactive in Fargo, North
Dakota. He then took an opportunity to learn more about computers and became a Technical Support Specialist for the Fargo Public
School system where he helped troubleshoot their hardware and
software needs for over 20 different schools. In 2003 Rick and his wife, Traci, decided to move back to his home town of Argyle, Minnesota to bring his graphics experience and technical knowledge to InvisiMax. They have two children. |

Ryan Langseth Systems Administrator
Ryan Langseth grew up in rural Gully, Minnesota. While earning his degree in Computer Science at the University of North Dakota, as well as working construction, Ryan became involved in the local ACM chapter and helped propel him towards Linux and server administration. Ryan took an opportunity with the UND College of Aerospace’s IT department team to develop help enterprise-level services and reliability. In June of 2006 Ryan brought his experience in server administration and software development to Invisimax. Ryan currently lives in Warren, Minnesota.

Tim Beaton Technician
Tim was born and raised in Grand Forks. After school he started in the telecommunications industry, working for TCI in 1996, and later employed with Dish Network. He is married and has two children and currently resides in the outskirts of Forest River raising and showing quarter horses as the family hobby.

Justin grew up in Hallock and graduated from Hallock high school. Justin has always had a love of computers and has been working with them for the last 12 years. Justin currently resides in Hallock with his wife Alaina and his 2yr old triplets.
